A little overpriced for what it had to offer, but interesting.
Interesting structure with an interesting history. Originally a farmstand that sold LI ducks and duck eggs, it's now a local landmark and souvenir shop.
A neat little stop with some history! If you go when it is open, you will get a quick history lesson from the host inside the duck. Yes, you can go inside although it gets crowded with 5 people as it is not that big inside.
The man who works inside is a wealth of knowledge. I enjoy learning something new every time we've stopped in.
Small and only with so much to offer, but probably the most authentic Long Island gift shop there is. If you're from long island you need to see it at least once, if you're visiting it's worth picking up a souvenir. The history of the grounds is worth reading, don't let the big duck building fool you into thinking it's a gag spot, there's tons to know about the area!
